Reconcile cards against the issuer

POST/api/v1/credit/cards/sync

The issuer emits no card-state webhook, so drift is only found by asking. A card suspended at the issuer that we still believe is active is the case this catches.

Authentication

Bearer token authentication. Pass your DayZero API token in the Authorization header and the target business UUID in x-business-id.
