Record a payment

POST/api/v1/credit/payments

Records a debit the partner executed and returns corrected balances. Allocation is not selectable: principal before accrued interest, earliest due date first. A payment can clear the full principal while interest remains outstanding — that cycle is not Paid, and the returned status is authoritative.
